Interested District and consortium staff may now register for the FAMIS 2012 Conference using our Online Registration Form.
District and consortium staff who are interested in making presentations at the conference are also invited to complete our Presentation Request Form.
For this year’s conference, all district and consortium attendees will be charged a $35 registration fee. The fee is non-refundable, however, in the event that you cannot attend, your registration can be transferred to another member of your organization. In order to transfer your conference registration fee to another person in your organization, you must bring a letter on district or consortium letterhead containing the following:
- The name of the original attendee
- The name of the replacement attendee
- A statement of the reason for the transfer
- The handwritten signature of the original attendee
This letter must be brought to the conference and provided at the registration desk. District or consortium staff who show up without this letter will be required to pay the conference fee to participate in the event.
